I can't wait to use them! I am hoping to make red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing for Valentine's Day. I have no idea why I am so set on this idea, because I've never even tasted red velvet cake, but I am obsessed with the idea of it and trying to find a good recipe. Does anyone have one?

Ina Garten has a recipe which I'm sure will be fantastic in her new Barefoot Contessa book; 'How Easy is That'. I couldn't find it online for you, so I'm just hoping you know someone who owns it! Haha. Enjoy whatever you end up making!
